    Shipping Information

    How long will it take to ship my order?

    All handmade items, handmade by Mel collection will be processed within 3-4 days, once shipped product arrives 3-5 business days if location is USA . All other orders are processed within 24 business hours and shipped within 3-5 business days. Deliveries take up to 7-21 business days. Note some items may arrive separate.

    When will I receive tracking information?

    Within a week of your order being fulfilled (shipped), you will receive notification of your tracking number.

    Shipping time:

    USA orders usually take 7-14 business days to be delivered from the date they are shipped. Handmade by Mell collection ships within 3-5 days.

    Worldwide orders take 7-21 business days and in rare cases can take 30+ business days. Please note in some countries, customs may cause an additional delay in delivery.

    We recommend that you keep an eye on your tracking number.

    If you ordered more than one item its very likely you will receive them separately. Each item will have its own shipping code. 

    Please note we can not ship to armed forces (APO/ FPO).   

    Taking Your Measurements

    Bust

    Wrap the measuring tape loosely around the fullest part of your chest, at nipple level. Round to the nearest whole number. This will become your bust measurement.

    Waist

    Level the measuring tape around your belly button. Make sure it's not too tight and that it's straight, even at the back. Don't hold your breath while measuring. Check the number on the tape measure right after you exhale.

    Hip

    Hold the measuring tape parallel to the floor, Circle it around the widest part of the hips, crossing behind the back. Meet the measuring tape with your other finger to find your hip size. Hold the tape still so that it doesn't sag or twist around the hip area.
